UK warehouse,
next-day dispatch.

Everything ships from our own UK warehouse. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, so most UK orders arrive within a couple of days of ordering.

UK delivery rates

Standard UK delivery is £10.99, and orders over £129.99 ship free. The free-delivery threshold is applied automatically at checkout — you’ll see it before you pay.

Dispatch & timing

We dispatch next-day on orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once posted, UK deliveries typically take 1–3 working days to arrive on a tracked service. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door. If your tracking hasn’t updated or something looks wrong, email hello@rc-helicopters.co.ukwith your order number and we’ll chase it up.

Larger and scale helicopters

Bigger 700 and 800-size scale machines ship boxed and well protected. Occasionally a very large or made-to-order model has a slightly longer handling time before dispatch — if that applies to your order we’ll let you know, and it’s noted on the product page where relevant.

Shipping outside the UK

We ship worldwide on request. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, email hello@rc-helicopters.co.ukwith the items and your delivery address and we’ll quote shipping. Please note that any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
